1. Services Overview

1.1 Device Repair

We provide repair services for a wide range of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other gadgets. Repairs may include screen replacement, battery replacement, software troubleshooting, and more.

1.2 Device Sales

We sell new and refurbished electronic devices. All refurbished devices go through a strict quality check and are categorized based on condition (e.g., Like New, Very Good, Good).

1.3 Marketplace

We operate a marketplace where verified sellers can list and sell refurbished electronic devices. We provide a platform for transactions but are not liable for issues between buyers and third-party sellers, unless otherwise stated.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Not interfere with the security or integrity of our platform.
• Be solely responsible for any content or listings you post, sell, or submit.

3. Repair Services

Estimates: Repair cost estimates are provided based on the initial inspection and may be subject to change upon further diagnosis.

Warranty: Most repairs come with a limited warranty (typically 30-90 days) covering only the parts replaced or services rendered. Warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage post-repair.

Data Responsibility: While we strive to protect your data, we recommend backing up your device before submitting it for repair. We are not liable for any data loss.

4. Device Sales

Refurbished Devices: These are pre-owned devices that have been tested, repaired (if needed), and cleaned. Each device is graded and sold "as described" in the listing.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection. Returned items must be in the same condition with all accessories included.

Warranty: Refurbished devices come with a limited warranty. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

5. Marketplace Use

Seller Verification: All sellers must pass our verification process. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any seller for violating policies.

Buyer Protection: We offer buyer protection for purchases made directly through our platform. Please report any discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.

Disputes: We act as an intermediary in disputes but cannot guarantee resolution unless purchases are made directly via our platform.

6. Payment and Fees

• All prices are listed in USD ($).
• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, online payment gateways, or other supported methods.
• We may charge platform/service fees for using our marketplace, which will be disclosed prior to any transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Device Raptors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Device Raptors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
